At Siraats Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused kitchenware in its original box, ensuring all protective inserts and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our distribution center, clearly marking the RA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
